Scope

This engagement covers the discovery activities outlined above. Implementation services are separate and subject to a separate agreement.

Timeline

Discovery engagement will be completed within 4 weeks of kickoff, subject to client availability for interviews and information sharing.

Payment

50% deposit due upon acceptance, 50% due upon delivery of final deliverables. Payment terms are Net 15 days.

Intellectual Property

All deliverables become client property upon full payment. Consultant retains rights to general methodologies and templates.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all information shared during the engagement.
