Contract Term: 12 months from renewal date

Payment Options:

  • Annual payment: 5% discount
  • Quarterly payments: Standard rate
  • Monthly payments: Available upon request

Auto-Renewal: This contract auto-renews annually unless either party provides 60 days written notice prior to renewal date.

Services

Consultant will provide ongoing support, optimization, and strategic guidance as outlined in this renewal proposal.

Term

This renewal is effective for 12 months from the renewal date and will auto-renew annually unless either party provides 60 days written notice.

Payment

Payment is due according to the selected schedule (annual, quarterly, or monthly). Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month.

Scope Changes

Services may be adjusted as needed. Significant scope changes may require pricing adjustments, to be agreed upon in writing.

Termination

Either party may terminate with 60 days written notice. Client remains responsible for payment through the notice period.

Rate Protection

Current rates are guaranteed for the full 12-month term. Any rate adjustments for subsequent renewals will be communicated at least 90 days in advance.
